Stork H&E was founded in 1976 & STB in 1962 & currently have approximately 260 employees. They are both part of the Dutch based Stork group of companies, which has existed for more than 150 years.  Both business units have had many years of experience manufacturing blades for both the OEM & after market, with such well known customers as General Electric, Alstom, Elliott, Siemens Westinghouse, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Fuji, Turbodyne, Dresser-Rand,  Allis Chalmers, Parsons, Demag-Delaval  …and many more. Both facilities carry a large inventory (together approx. US$6m) of bar stock & some forgings in such materials as 422, 422CB(H-46), 403, 403cb, Titanium (6AL-4V) etc. which presents the customer with one of today’s rare advantages, very short lead times. In some cases Stork can supply replacement sets within 5 working days. Stork manufactures blades in sizes ranging from a few centimeters in length up to 3 meters. We have full reverse engineering capabilities, therefore if we do not have drawings available, we are fully capable of reproducing replacement blades from samples, in some cases, even from badly damaged blades.
